I’ve a friend who says that it’s probably not a bubble since he thinks demand would pick up when young adults really begin to move out to look for homes of their own. I wasn’t aware there was a state financial agency which routinely bails out its banks regularly</description>

		<description>Thanks for this update.  This is certainly an exciting possibility.   Seems to have something for everyone.  I wonder how much underground  parking it takes to support a campus of 5000 people.
The developers also might want to look at integration  with the (proposed) SMART train station in the immediate area.</description>
