It’s definitely difficult to forecast the end of the bubble. I’ve a friend who says that it’s probably not a bubble since he thinks demand would pick up when young adults really begin to move out to look for homes of their own. Its fire season .we are seeing deferred maintenance and,ignored tree hazards,.Pines are drying and dying.broom is growing. Now is the time to relieve the fuel load .we see abandoned homes in need and want to help .take advantage of our depressed prices and lets do it now before summer.

The Fireman’s Fund meeting will be on Tuesday, Sept 9th at 6.30pm at the Nova Ro meeting room. (From San Marin, take a right on Redwood Blvd, then take another right on Pinheiro Circle. The meeting is at 31 Pinheiro Circle, upstairs in the mtg room.)

Thanks for this update. This is certainly an exciting possibility. Seems to have something for everyone. I wonder how much underground parking it takes to support a campus of 5000 people.
The developers also might want to look at integration with the (proposed) SMART train station in the immediate area.
